Self-Health Check

Doctors are only human. They can be good and helpful, but these days for overall health it is probably a good idea to keep yourself in check like Brad Hames does. Brad Hames takes good care of his overall health to ensure he looks and feels good. So why not take a leaf out of his book?
For example, are you satisfied with the quality of your skin or does it always bother you and you feel like you are constantly envying everyone else’s skin? If it is the latter, you might want to see what you can do for your skin disorder – perhaps you need a special Dead Sea product or something else that has been known to have good long-term effects.
How do you feel about your nails? Are they always chipping and never looking quite like they have just received a French manicure? Take care of them; consult a trusted manicurist. Remember: self-health checks don’t have to be extensive; it often starts with the small things. Your doctor can help you to a certain extent, but ultimately you have to be a partner with him or her in your own general well-being to achieve optimum health.
