Since stress and tension are an integral part of today’s lifestyle it is important that we do not forget to take care of our health. Also habits like smoking and drinking do more harm than good. While these habits may take time to give up it is up to you to develop that will to actually kick away the habit. I am sure your family doctor always annoys you by saying just one thing. A healthy lifestyle is the key to a longer healthspan. Yes it does irritate you but it’s a fact. After all who would not want to live longer? Aging is a natural process and is inevitable.
